Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Exhibit the capability to identify errors, technical issues, and ascertain appropriate solutions.

• Showcase strong electronic and mechanical repair troubleshooting techniques while maintaining updated technical product knowledge.

• Create and deliver timely and comprehensive service reports.

• Be responsive to customer requirements and foster a positive rapport.

• Ensure that all tools and calibrated equipment are consistently maintained.

• Fulfill daily service obligations at designated sites and locations.

• Capable of planning and executing repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field.

• Able to prioritize and schedule work based on field demands.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Excellent time management skills, capable of completing assigned small field projects efficiently.

• Technically proficient; innovative, quick to learn, and adapt to new technologies.

• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills for documenting detailed reports and effectively interacting with both internal and external clients.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and work environments.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit evaluation.

• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job safely and successfully (refer to application screening questions for more details).

• Capability to meet essential qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.

• Must obtain and retain an Airport ID Badge in alignment with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations, alongside the necessary public trust security clearance (eApp) and authorization to access and manage Sensitive Security Information (SSI).

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane, both domestically and internationally, and have the required Real ID and Passport for international travel.
