This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Showcase the ability to identify errors and technical issues, while determining effective solutions.
• Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills in both electronic and mechanical repairs, maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of products.
• Create and submit timely, detailed service reports.
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding both company and customer expectations.
• Be responsive to customer requirements and foster positive relationships.
• Ensure that all tools and calibrated equipment are consistently maintained.
• Address daily service demands at designated sites and locations.
• Possess the capability to independently plan and execute repairs and preventative maintenance in the field.
• Ability to organize work schedules based on field requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete small field projects as assigned.
• Technically proficient; innovative, quick to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills for crafting detailed reports and effectively interacting with internal and external customers.
• Flexible and open to a dynamic schedule and work environment.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, pre-employment physical, and credit evaluation.
• Capable of safely and effectively performing the essential physical functions of the role (refer to application screening questions for further details).
• Ability to meet essential qualitative and/or quantitative productivity job standards safely and successfully.
• Must acquire and uphold an Airport ID Badge in accordance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations, along with the necessary public trust security clearance (eApp) and authorization to access and manage Sensitive Security Information (SSI).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane for both domestic and international purposes, and hold the required Real ID and Passport for international travel.
