
Field Service Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Commission and validate control systems for refrigeration and HVAC applications (E2, E3, Site Supervisors, etc).
β’ Troubleshoot system problems both on-site and remotely to ensure optimal functionality.
β’ Create and modify controller programs based on I/O legends or existing sequences.
β’ Carry out new store commissioning and remodel commissioning projects, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
β’ Offer site-level customer support and training for contractors and end users.
β’ Analyze and interpret store prints, electrical schematics, and project specifications.
β’ Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Support on executing projects.
β’ Maintain a solid understanding of third-party control systems and network integrations.
β’ Ensure that all work adheres to safety and compliance standards.
β’ 3β5+ years of practical field experience in refrigeration, controls, or commissioning.
β’ Advanced knowledge of refrigeration cycle operation (compressors, valves, racks, cases).
β’ Familiarity with building automation systems and HVAC control logic.
β’ Experience with COβ trans-critical or cascade systems is highly preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Modbus, BACnet, and other communication protocols is preferred.
β’ Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, databases, Internet software, E-mail, Windows, etc.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple site assignments.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 85β90% of the time.
