Field Service Specialist, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Installation of new systems.

• Regular maintenance and repair of systems.

• Providing technical remote support for systems.

• Troubleshooting systems and diagnosing failure sources.

• Reporting on failures, maintenance, and service activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Bioengineering.

• 3 to 10 years of experience as a field service engineer for multidisciplinary medical systems.

• Experience in servicing MRI systems.

• Strong technical understanding and approach.

• Ability to resolve hardware (both analog and digital) and software issues in various multivariable situations.

• Proficient in interpreting a range of instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.

• "Hands-on" attitude with good mechanical skills.

• Well-organized, structured, and capable of working independently.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts with approximately 60% travel time.
