Field Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Installation and implementation of new systems.

• Regular maintenance and repair of systems.

• Delivering technical remote support for systems.

• Diagnosing system issues and troubleshooting failures.

• Reporting and documenting maintenance and service activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering (Bachelor's preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for medical systems (5+ years in MRI preferred).

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary capital equipment service.

• Strong technical comprehension of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

• Capability to resolve hardware electronic problems (both analog and digital) and troubleshoot software and networking issues.

• Proficiency in interpreting various instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats.

• A hands-on approach to tasks.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and approximately 80% travel.
