Field Service Representative – PEMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Offer feedback and data on all recurring issues.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on customer service by providing timely responses to inquiries from the Builder organization.

• Build and sustain customer relationships by soliciting feedback, both from external and internal sources, to ensure ongoing improvements enhance overall performance.

• Communicate and coordinate technical issues to support customer requirements.

• Execute all customer support tasks at external facilities.

• Ensure that work progress aligns accurately with the established agenda.

• Conduct troubleshooting efforts and work diligently to resolve issues.

• Generate regular and analytical service reports.

• Collaborate with departments to identify root causes and/or solutions in line with customer needs.

• Recognize customer requirements and provide advice or recommendations.

• Establish trusting relationships with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Technical education, certification, or relevant experience is preferred.

• Must possess knowledge of PEMB and have the ability to interpret blueprints.

• Previous experience in at least two of the following areas is preferred:

• Previous building erection experience (5+ years).

• Prior experience in the PEMB industry performing drafting or engineering tasks (5+ years).

• Experience in PEMB manufacturing (5+ years).

• Background in Field Service/Customer Service (5+ years).

• PEMB experience is highly sought after.

• Proficient with PCs, including applications such as Excel, Word, and Access.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
