Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist retail partners through on-site store visits, product demonstrations, and engagement on the sales floor.

• Provide engaging and informative product presentations to educate and inspire both retail staff and consumers.

• Implement merchandising strategies and promotional initiatives utilizing product displays and point-of-purchase materials.

• Carry out all in-field activities in accordance with seasonal go-to-market strategies and sales objectives.

• Generate excitement and raise awareness for Altra by connecting with retail and community partners.

• Act as a representative for Altra at local and selected national events, races, and expos.

• Work together with Sales Representatives to create and implement effective service plans tailored for the territory.

• Ensure detailed, precise, and timely reporting of activities using designated tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in specialty retail (preferably in running or outdoor specialties).

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field service.

• Familiarity with the Altra product offerings.

• Experience in fitting and selling technical footwear.

• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (including Outlook).

• Reliable means of transportation.
