Field Service Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving sites.

• Drive enhancements in collection performance by pinpointing root causes of failures.

• Improve customer satisfaction through regular visits and tailored training sessions.

• Ensure effective onboarding and implementation for new clients.

• Oversee and execute audit programs within the account portfolio.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster business growth initiatives.

• Monitor asset control metrics, utilizing data to proactively identify improvement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a retail or logistics setting.

• Previous interaction with customers and suppliers in a past position.

• Background in service provision, with experience working with customers in Retail, Wholesale, or Logistics B2B Sales.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
