Field Service Engineer – Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Install, provide support for, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products within the designated territory.

• Conduct maintenance tasks such as system inspections, preventive maintenance, and software updates.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all Intuitive products and related equipment.

• Coordinate and carry out the delivery and installation of systems and hardware.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in general computer skills.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.

• An associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent training/experience is preferred.
