Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install and commission Videojet equipment at customer locations.

• Conduct maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting on installed units.

• Assist in product demonstrations and trials in collaboration with the sales team.

• Foster robust customer relationships through exceptional service and technical support.

• Recognize improvement opportunities or service requirements during customer visits.

• Oversee service cases from diagnosis to resolution, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.

• Work together with internal teams to enhance customer performance and satisfaction.

• Travel frequently throughout the northern region of the UK, starting from your home.

• Occasionally stay overnight as required by customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field service or technical service positions within an electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering context.

• Strong skills in electromechanical troubleshooting within industrial or production settings.

• A valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple service tasks and customer demands.

• Experience with industrial coding and marking technologies such as CIJ, laser coding, labeling, or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
