This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Organizing and executing territory service operations, including on-site installations and preventive maintenance.
• Conducting emergency service repair visits within the territory.
• Offering remote assistance via telephone.
• Being prepared to travel on short notice to assist fellow Field Service Engineers as required.
• Ensuring the prompt completion of all necessary documentation.
• Reporting any product quality concerns to the relevant individuals.
• Collaborating closely with Territory Sales staff and Field Applications Specialists.
• Managing accounts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Generating and relaying leads, as well as identifying opportunities for post-instrument sales, upgrades, and consumables.
• Prior experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Previous work with Liquid Handling products is a plus.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
• Educational background equivalent to at least an associate’s degree or relevant experience in an engineering field.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up capabilities.
• Self-driven and a collaborative team member.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Possession of a valid Passport.
