This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will join a team of 35 professionals specializing in technology-driven sensors, IoT, and hardware engineering.

• In collaboration with your peers, you will undertake tasks that involve getting complex products operational at customer sites.

• You will engage in field operations to validate, test, and troubleshoot both hardware and software in real-world conditions and unpredictable environments.

• Your role will include interpreting intricate customer requirements, managing technical pre-sales interactions, and creating customized system adaptations to ensure our products fit seamlessly into clients' unique ecosystems.

• You will be responsible for monitoring systems, addressing incidents, and continuously enhancing observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT (e.g., hardware/software), with an ideal range of 15–20 years.

• At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or Deployment Architect within the IoT sector.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in deploying and managing complex technical products in field service or operational settings.

• Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Embedded C++, Rust, or similar.

• Experience with embedded Linux across a variety of architectures.

• Fluent in English; additional spoken languages are advantageous.
