This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on transformative medical equipment.
• Aid customers in effectively utilizing instruments and systems.
• Deliver educational programs and train customers on computerized systems.
• Address customer complaints through troubleshooting and necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with service engineering team members and other staff to devise effective solutions for intricate customer needs.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Hold intake meetings at customer locations to comprehend needs, outline service plans, and establish expectations.
• Manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within specified timeframes.
• Leverage data analysis and knowledge-base resources to resolve customer issues and uncover opportunities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services performed, including troubleshooting steps and test equipment outcomes.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with over 6 years of experience in servicing electrical equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to be available after hours and/or participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. without assistance.
• Capacity to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel, crawl, and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reaching at, above, and below shoulder level; flexing or extending the neck; and demonstrating good hand and finger dexterity.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
