
Field Service Engineer 1 – 2nd Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Execute timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical apparatus.
• Conduct troubleshooting and basic service repairs on client equipment.
• Support senior field engineers with equipment installations and more intricate repairs.
• Actively collaborate with team members to identify the most suitable solutions for customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring prompt communication, resolution, and thorough follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the customer and/or sales team to suggest value-added services.
• Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent military training, along with 2 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma/GED coupled with 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Completion of the GEHC Apprentice Program.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with web applications and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to be available after hours and/or participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weekends.
