Field Service Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provides scientific and technical expertise to facilitate sales and support both new and existing clients.

• Offers specialized knowledge throughout various stages of the sales process, including pre-sales technical and application assistance.

• Ensures that products and applications operate according to their specifications.

• Conducts troubleshooting both remotely and on-site.

• Maintains strong collaboration with sales partners, management, research and development, and product marketing.

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent is required.

• Additional post-graduate education, certification, and/or licensing may be necessary.

• Typically requires little to no relevant prior work experience.
