This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and enhance analytics, reporting, and dashboard functionalities for the Field Service division.
• Provide insights that facilitate strategic decision-making, performance management, operational transparency, and ongoing enhancements within Field Service.
• Assist in forming and guiding a team of analysts dedicated to Field Service operations.
• Create dashboards, establish key performance indicators, analyze operational and customer data, and collaborate with Field Service leadership, IT Business Intelligence, Data Science, Infrastructure, and other business stakeholders.
• Set, monitor, and uphold essential Field Service performance metrics to offer insights into operational effectiveness, trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Construct, sustain, and refine dashboards and reporting tools to assist Field Service leadership, operational teams, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with IT Business Intelligence, Data Science, Infrastructure, and other analytics teams to guarantee data sources, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools are precise, dependable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Examine extensive datasets regarding Field Service performance, customer behavior, market dynamics, technician readiness, productivity, operational efficiency, and other business priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of six years of pertinent analytical experience working with large datasets and providing business insights is required.
• Expertise in crafting complex SQL queries is required.
• Experience in developing dashboards and reports using Tableau or comparable visualization tools is required.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
• Practical experience in integrating AI tools, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics workflows into everyday analytical tasks is preferred.
• Proven ability to persuade stakeholders using data-driven insights, effective communication, and actionable recommendations is required.
