This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Drive the growth of iKhokha in Cape Town by expanding our customer base and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers in designated areas and industries.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups and log all activities and demonstrations with clients.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling of promotional or new products during service calls.
• Research new sales leads, plan regional trips, and implement strategies to acquire new customers.
• Ensure that company targets for Gross Profit, device sales, and demos are consistently met on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Complete necessary feedback loops, which include Swarm and demo feedback, as well as HubSpot usage and deal pipeline management.
• Provide proactive suggestions for changes or enhancements to sales or service procedures that could benefit the business.
• Assist in signing up merchants and guide them through the FICA documentation process.
• Conduct complimentary follow-up visits.
• Maintain focus on specialized campaigns and provide detailed reporting.
• Completed Matric.
• At least 3 years of experience in Field/Outbound Sales.
• Previous experience in merchant services is highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Software, and CRM systems.
• FICA training is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and reliable personal transport are essential.
