• Consistently meet or surpass revenue and growth objectives for the territory by providing course-based solutions to decision makers, thereby increasing market share.
• Identify, acquire, and nurture new accounts to broaden Pearson’s ELL presence.
• Promote the adoption of digital and print solutions that enhance outcomes, access, and affordability.
• Cultivate and retain key accounts through strategic relationship management.
• Maintain and deliver precise forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning utilizing Salesforce (OneCRM).
• Implement corporate and regional sales strategies with measurable results.
• Share market insights and best practices to foster team and regional success.
• Position yourself as a trusted, growth-oriented sales advisor for customers.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and successful work experience.
• At least 2 years of exceptional sales experience in adult education, higher education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, computer applications, CRM and business systems, and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week and participate in regional and national conferences and events.
• Must reside in Massachusetts or Connecticut.
• Valid driver’s license required.
