This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the key liaison between our clients, our products, and secure technical solutions for smoke and heat extraction systems.
• Acquire new clients and foster long-lasting relationships.
• Provide support to current clients and identify new opportunities.
• Propose technical solutions for smoke and heat extraction systems.
• Conduct surveys and assessments for potential maintenance sites.
• Actively formulate sales strategies and execute them within your region.
• Perform market and competitor analysis.
• Engage in reporting and action planning to enhance your regional strategy.
• Completed technical training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) or a comparable qualification) or commercial training with technical further education.
• Initial experience in technical sales, field service, or as a service technician is beneficial.
• A structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.
• Enjoyment in customer interactions, with strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, tablets, and mobile tools.
