This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as a representative and advocate for the LEANTECHNIK brand and its product offerings to clients in postal code areas 6–9.
• Acquire new clientele and strategically grow and maintain the current customer base within the region.
• Offer technical guidance and personalized assistance to customers — from the initial inquiry to the optimal solution.
• Take on revenue accountability for both new and existing clients while actively pursuing sales objectives.
• Assist in system/plant project planning from the conceptual stage to successful execution at the client's location.
• Ensure organized documentation and reporting of sales activities within the ERP system.
• Represent LEANTECHNIK at national and international trade shows while maintaining direct customer interactions on-site.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or alternatively a relevant technical apprenticeship complemented by further training and applicable industry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales within mechanical engineering, automation technology, or similar industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Readiness to travel frequently within postal code areas 6–9 and occasionally on a national and international basis.
• Strong technical comprehension paired with demonstrated sales and closing abilities, along with the capacity to present complex topics in a customer-focused and persuasive manner.
• An independent, organized work approach with a strong focus on results and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A confident demeanor, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong customer-centric attitude.
