This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture new supplier relationships for PVC raw materials, recyclates, and both post-consumer and post-industrial materials.
• Proactively manage and enhance existing partnerships to secure and boost material volumes.
• Monitor the market independently and identify new opportunities in recycling and material flow management.
• Conduct negotiations related to pricing and contracts with suppliers and business partners.
• Oversee leads, activities, and terms using the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and management to ensure consistent material flows.
• Develop practical solutions throughout the supply chain.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and product developments within your area of responsibility.
• Proven experience in field sales, procurement, sales, or material flow management—preferably in an industrial setting or the recycling sector.
• Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a passion for cultivating long-term business relationships.
• Independent, dependable, and results-oriented work style.
• Proficient English language skills for effective collaboration with international partners.
• Salary: Competitive fixed salary up to €80,000 per annum, contingent on experience and level of responsibility.
