This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic account management: You establish lasting partnerships with naturopathic therapists, Heilpraktiker (natural practitioners), pharmacies, and other professional users.
• Partnership & network development: You nurture these relationships over time and transform them into enthusiastic brand ambassadors for our products.
• Targeted customer acquisition & network building: You pinpoint potential key accounts within the natural medicine sector, including therapists, pharmacies, and health centers.
• Contract negotiation & closing: You independently handle pricing and terms negotiations and successfully finalize new partnerships.
• Market & competitor analysis: You keep an eye on trends within the natural medicine market, identify opportunities, and provide valuable insights to our marketing and product development teams.
• Industry experience: You possess experience in field sales or B2B sales, preferably within the natural medicine, dietary supplements, pharmacy, or healthcare sectors.
• Education: You have at least completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in a relevant discipline.
• B2B sales experience: You can showcase a proven track record in B2B sales and are open to travel.
• Outgoing & empathetic: You apply strong communication skills and attentiveness to customer needs effectively.
• KPI affinity: You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are comfortable working with numbers.
• Independent working: You are organized, goal-oriented, and skilled in using CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel: You possess a category B driving license and are ready to travel throughout Germany.
