
Field Sales Representative – Northern Bavaria, Lower Franconia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the sales of the JUNG product range, which includes power outlets and smart home as well as building automation solutions.
• Provide proactive, sales-focused support to electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, architects, and housing companies in Bavaria, specifically in the Northern Bavaria and Lower Franconia regions.
• Engage in acquisition and project support for construction initiatives during their planning and development stages, with the goal of securing contracts that maximize revenue and profitability.
• Independently pursue and meet set sales objectives.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with the Bavaria sales team.
• Actively maintain and expand the customer network while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to customers, including electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, and architects.
• Present the full range of our products and tailored customer solutions.
• Organize, support, and participate in events such as trade shows, customer gatherings, and counter days.
• Document and manage information in the CRM system.
• Represent the company with respect and embody its values.
• Vocational training in the electrical field, such as electrician or electrical technician, is required.
• Additional qualifications like master electrician, technician in electrical engineering, or engineer (m/f/d) are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Some experience in a sales setting is preferred.
• Solid understanding of modern electrical building technology, including the installation of power outlets, light switches, and smart home systems.
• Basic familiarity with other technical building systems such as HVAC, sun shading, multimedia, and network technology.
• Ability to clearly and effectively explain complex devices and systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring others.
• A blend of technical proficiency and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a confident presence.
• Proficient in Office applications and adept with digital media.
