
Field Sales Representative – Medical Device Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Offer support and advisory services to our current contacts.
• Attract new clientele.
• Conduct qualified consultations with customers and applications, primarily engaging with department heads, senior physicians, and operating room personnel.
• Showcase our product offerings on-site at customer facilities.
• Serve as the intermediary between our clients and the internal sales team.
• Take part in and assist with customer events, trade shows, training sessions, and workshops.
• Accountable for meeting both quantitative and qualitative annual goals within the Southern Germany territory (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg).
• Completed vocational training in medicine, a commercial apprenticeship, or a degree in business administration.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the orthopedic field; foundational anatomical knowledge is beneficial, and initial experience in the operating room is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Relevant (initial) professional experience in sales.
• Dependability, creativity, and a strong drive.
• Enthusiasm for consulting and selling technically advanced products, characterized by a persuasive demeanor and positive presence.
• High adaptability and willingness to travel.
