This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with specialty bicycle retailers.
• Identify and chase new business prospects.

• Previous commercial or sales experience, ideally within the bicycle or sports industry.
• Proficient negotiation skills: capability to engage in persuasive and ethical sales discussions.
• Strong interpersonal communication: ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Market analysis proficiency: skill in interpreting market data.
• Relationship management expertise: capability to foster close and long-term relationships.
• Conflict management skills: adept in active listening, mediation, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Proactive mindset: ability to take initiative and drive enhancements.
• Technical knowledge: comprehension of product technical specifications.
• Willingness to travel.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle for designated routes.
