This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Present and sell premium jewelry collections to jewelers as well as retailers of watches and jewelry.
• Manage existing trade partners, focusing on growth in sales, reorders, and expanding product assortments.
• Systematically acquire new customers and broaden the dealer network within your designated sales territory.
• Plan routes and visits independently, including coordinating appointments and prioritizing high-potential clients.
• Conduct on-site presentations of new collections—such as rings, necklaces, bangles, and earrings—directly to specialty retailers.
• Provide market and competitor insights along with weekly reports on visits, opportunities, and activities.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales support team, with operational order processing managed internally.
• Professional experience as a field sales representative, sales executive, or area sales manager in B2B sales.
• Ideally, possess industry experience in jewelry, watches, accessories, lifestyle, or a similarly brand-focused retail environment.
• Experience working with jewelers, specialty retailers, resellers, or trade partners is a significant advantage.
• Existing contacts within the relevant specialty trade are favorable; strong candidates from adjacent premium or consumer goods sectors are also suitable.
• Strong closing abilities, clear sales orientation, and enjoyment of managing an independent sales territory.
• Presentable appearance, good self-organization, and reliability in customer interactions.
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
