Field Sales Representative – Food Flavors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding the market and acquiring clients within the food sector, particularly focusing on Sweet & Dairy and Beverages.

• Identify and assess potential customers through market analysis, establishing a comprehensive customer database.

• Independently oversee the complete sales process — from initial outreach to contract finalization — while fostering sustainable relationships with key decision-makers.

• Acquire profitable new clients to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.

• Cultivate a robust regional customer portfolio with significant growth potential.

• Provide management with insights on sales-related matters and enhance internal sales processes for efficiency.

• Prepare sales forecasts and conduct regular analyses and reports on business development.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in flavors or ingredients within B2B sales in the food and beverage sector, specifically in Sweet & Dairy and Beverages.

• Strong understanding of the regional market and industry landscape, with the capability to function as an internal consultant.

• Willingness to travel (minimum 60%) within Germany for client visits.

• Proficient in German and fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
