This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactive management of nationwide accounts in direct B2B operations within the Contract Cleaning (commercial cleaning) sector.
• Formulation and execution of sales strategies.
• Close collaboration with Key Account Managers alongside the internal sales and inside sales teams.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying/developing new customer opportunities.
• Accountability for revenue and product portfolio.
• Negotiation and finalization of framework agreements.
• Regular reporting, which includes revenue tracking and performance analysis.
• Completed vocational training in commerce or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant experience with a proven track record in sales and customer account management.
• A structured approach to work with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with modern CRM systems.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in the cleaning technology industry and/or familiarity with capital goods (investment goods) is desirable.
