This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Promote NGC products to surpass assigned targets for volume and pricing.
• Build, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with both direct and indirect customers, such as dealers, contractors, builders, and architects, to effectively control the sales and placement of our products.
• Formulate, execute, and adopt territory sales strategies based on continuous market condition analysis to identify opportunities for competitive advantage aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with sales management, demand management, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Identify and monitor all pertinent job leads and product specification opportunities.
• Investigate, assess, report, and resolve customer service issues related to complaints, credit concerns, carriers, and sales tools, ensuring customer satisfaction in line with NGC objectives.
• Effectively organize, plan, and manage activities both autonomously and in a collaborative team environment.
• Pursue and maintain any necessary professional certifications and technical expertise.
• Develop a best-in-class value proposition concerning technical knowledge, market insight, project understanding, and product representation.
• Manage and adhere to the assigned budget.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of successful field sales experience is preferred, ideally within the building materials sector.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
