This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for implementing all facets of MABI portfolio brand strategies within the designated market.
• Carry out wholesaler strategies, execute distributor incentive programs, and ensure effective key account management.
• Implement all elements of the sales strategy through the wholesaler network.
• Deliver brand plans and initiatives by collaborating with District Manager-level influencers at their distributors.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting ongoing market conditions using the MABIlity tool.
• Provide a weekly recap of retail and market performance, offering managerial insights on market conditions through the MABIlity tool.
• Share best practices and coordinate market execution/activation drives focused on key market/account initiatives, new product launches, and distribution efforts.
• Oversee brand implementation at the market level.
• Assess and review personal performance monthly to identify and enhance areas for personal development.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to cultivate robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should be enthusiastic about the chance to work for the leading Flavored Malt Beverage company in the U.S. and be dedicated to investing considerable time and effort into their career advancement.
• Mobility is essential, as high performers will be presented with new opportunities over time, which will often require relocation.
• 1-2+ years of experience with wholesalers in the beverage sector or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for budgeting, analysis, and related tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) with the capability to create and deliver presentations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in Bakersfield, CA.
