This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Formulate a sales strategy aimed at retaining and enhancing revenue streams from a designated portfolio of clients across the Cox Automotive suite.
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across various departments at different auction sites, as well as other Cox Automotive business units, to ensure that client service and overall client experience are continuously improved.
• Identify and develop opportunities with assigned key accounts for additional Cox Automotive Solutions groups, partnering with the sales teams to successfully close these opportunities.
• Generate value-added solutions through established processes to assist clients and Inventory Solutions in consistently transacting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Typically work remotely with 80% travel required to deliver solution-based selling to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years of sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and best practices is essential.
• Proficient communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Experience in automotive, auction, wholesale, and internet sales/service is preferred.
• Background in selling and servicing an account list is necessary.
• Demonstrated success in growing accounts from an existing client base.
• Strong knowledge of SalesForce.com, including navigation, report generation, and data mining capabilities.
