This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Proactively acquire and engage new partners: Perform daily, targeted cold outreach in the field to identify, connect with, and secure SMB Merchants.
• Command territory and strategy: Conduct sophisticated Territory Mapping and commercial area assessments.
• Implement the complete sales cycle and swift closing: Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting to finalizing Terms & Conditions.
• Uphold operational discipline and data precision: Guarantee 100% accuracy and real-time documentation of all sales activities and data within the CRM (Salesforce).
• Foster sustainability through follow-up and relationship-building: Establish robust, trust-based connections with business owners.
• At least 4+ years of continuous experience in purely cold Field Sales Hunter roles (street sales/outbound acquisition).
• Considerable exposure to high-volume or fast-paced sectors (Fintech, Telecom, or B2B/Intangible Services are highly regarded).
• Demonstrated ability to convert the monthly GMV quota ($18K+) into a clear, actionable daily execution plan involving Territory Mapping and strategic time management.
• Track record of consistently surpassing the sales quota (110%+) in strictly outbound environments.
• Functions as a self-starter who actively identifies low-performing areas or unsuccessful pitches.
• In-depth understanding and practical proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for strategic pipeline management.
• Proven capability to create and execute a personal Territory Management system.
• Displayed commitment to 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities.
• Established ability to interpret vital sales metrics and translate quantitative insights into actionable modifications to the pitch or daily route strategy.
• Profound understanding of the Merchant's challenges and the capacity to communicate Addi's value proposition effectively.
• Proven ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with business owners in cold outreach scenarios.
