
Field Sales Manager – Grocery Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The primary responsibility is to identify potential prospects (independent merchants of EDEKA and REWE) for us through a systematic sales approach.
• The merchants are expected to implement our systems and utilize the EMSU Retail Media Platform.
• Structured oversight of the designated territory in collaboration with the team.
• Engaging with identified prospects and consistently acquiring new customers.
• Acquisition, consulting, and support for customers in both inside and field sales.
• Development and involvement in initiatives aimed at expanding existing customer accounts.
• Offering suggestions to enhance sales structures and processes.
• Close cooperation with the Sales, Customer Relations, and Marketing teams.
• Taking on additional customer groups as agreed upon.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales/field sales within grocery retail (LEH).
• Confident and experienced in interacting with independent retailers in the grocery sector.
• Possess a confident and persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs effectively.
• Highly motivated and eager to contribute positively to product and process enhancements.
• Excellent proficiency in the German language.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Experience in a start-up environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
