This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, guiding them from the initial research phase to the signing of contracts.

• You will make the first contact through phone outreach and actively seek out new salons via various channels, including social media.

• Your target audience will include small beauty salons as well as medium-sized businesses.

• You will present and demonstrate our products to potential partners both digitally and in-person at salons.

• You will track your activities using our CRM tool, Salesforce.

• You possess prior sales experience and are familiar with meeting established targets.

• You excel in winning over decision-makers through empathetic, solution-focused communication while consistently prioritizing customer needs.

• You have a competitive spirit, enjoy teamwork, and celebrate successes collectively.

• You are self-motivated, undeterred by rejection, and maintain a positive outlook.

• You are fluent in German (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage as our prospective customers are diverse, and we embrace that.
