This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Supervise and enhance sell-out volume and market share growth - Propel sell-out performance, track market dynamics, and implement strategies to boost sales and market share in partnership with Key Account Managers.
• Ensure exceptional execution of marketing initiatives - Implement and refine POS marketing programs, guarantee alignment with brand strategy, and assist dealers in executing effectively.
• Broaden network presence and cultivate relationships - Expand the dealer and fleet service provider network while nurturing strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Manage store refurbishment and fit-out projects - Oversee store upgrade initiatives to improve brand image and customer experience, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Direct administration and reporting - Oversee reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping while supporting regional and global business needs.
• A Degree or Diploma in a business-related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role with executional responsibilities.
• Demonstrated history of success in licensing or franchising, preferably acquired in a Retail or commercial consumer environment.
• Experience with consumer research and insights.
• Proven ability to coach and influence independent business operators successfully.
• Capability to negotiate with customers ranging from small individual accounts to major national accounts.
• Strong sales and account management expertise with a proven record of performance success.
