This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging new customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Showcasing our company and solutions from the preparation of proposals to the finalization of contracts.
• Driving growth by developing and sustaining a robust sales funnel.
• Creating and monitoring sales forecasts.
• Identifying major accounts and assessing new growth possibilities.
• Effectively scheduling customer meetings and field operations.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or a comparable position within the parking management sector or a related field.
• Strong comprehension of the industry, encompassing current trends, challenges, and competitors.
• Familiarity with parking management solutions, camera-based license plate recognition technologies, and associated services.
• Understanding of the needs and expectations of B2B clients in the parking management domain.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and establishing a quality client base.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques for lead generation, customer acquisition, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
• Excellent German language proficiency (C2) — both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
• A valid driving license (Class B) is required.
