This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Design and execute the national field sales strategy for the Netherlands and BeLux region.
• Create the annual field sales plan to meet performance targets.
• Serve as the liaison among Brand Marketing, Category Management, Sales, and Planning.
• Accountable for delivering profitable outcomes and enhancing return on investment.
• Oversee the formulation of in-store marketing plans.
• Foster profitable outcomes and optimize return on investment.
• EU Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is mandatory.
• Academic qualifications in Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record as a Field Force Manager within the FMCG food and beverage sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of route planning and efficiency.
• A leadership style characterized by strong execution capabilities.
• A motivating coach and leader experienced in brand development.
