This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Formulate and execute the national field sales strategy for the Netherlands and BeLux.
• Create the annual field sales plan aimed at meeting targets and fostering sales growth.
• Serve as the liaison among Brand Marketing, Category Management, Sales, and Planning.
• Accountable for delivering profitable outcomes and enhancing ROI through the development of third-party teams.
• Oversee the creation of in-store strategies, which include displays and POS materials.
• Enhance profitability and maximize ROI by evaluating activation performance.
• EU Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is mandatory.
• Educational qualifications in Sales, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Proven prior experience as a Field Force Manager or Field Representative within the FMCG food and beverage sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of route planning, efficiency, and geographical coverage.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent execution capabilities.
• Experience in the retail sectors of the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Dutch or French and English.
