This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Establish and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with all clients in your portfolio.
• Apply sales skills to effectively implement base, new product development (NPD), and promotional activities.
• Conduct thorough and timely analyses of business performance for all clients within your portfolio, taking necessary corrective actions to achieve agreed-upon annual KPIs.
• Identify, secure, and maintain the highest number of Perfect Stores within the customer base.
• Actively engage with field sales teams to ensure stock availability.
• Degree in administrative fields or related areas.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles, managing modern trade within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
• Proficient in Office, with intermediate Excel skills and experience analyzing dashboards in Power BI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and proactive skills.
• Intermediate level of English is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial intelligence.
• No relocation support available.
