This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Formulate and execute commercial strategies to meet the sales objectives of the company.
• Oversee training and development initiatives for external sales representatives at stores.
• Track sales KPIs and ensure that targets are achieved.
• Identify and approach new customers, providing support to the commercial representatives.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s commercial policies and processes.
• Conduct visits to potential clients to explore business opportunities, including finishing and building materials stores, construction sites, construction firms, and architects.
• Demonstrated success in proactive prospecting and business development.
• Strategic, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field within São Paulo and the Greater São Paulo area.
• Ability to make frequent visits to potential clients.
• Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (CNH).
• Comprehensive 15-day initial training fully funded by the company.
• Coverage of transportation and travel expenses for external visits by the company.
