Field Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accurately submit orders while ensuring that all required documentation is completed and properly filed.

• Coordinate and finalize the paperwork needed for product fittings, order processing, and compliance.

• Act as the main point of contact for patient communications regarding Regen product fittings and support.

• Communicate and collaborate with Enovis’ internal order processing team to guarantee timely and precise processing.

• Provide continuous administrative support to Territory Managers.

• Oversee and assist with VA submissions by preparing, tracking, and submitting necessary documentation.

• Work with the regional team to enhance submission processes and meet essential deadlines.

• Conduct regular follow-ups on pending paperwork, approvals, and scheduling matters.

• Arrange patient appointments and manage documentation coordination.

• Keep accurate records and logs of communications, orders, and support activities.

• Proactively identify and address delays or gaps in paperwork, order progression, or patient coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, healthcare coordination, customer service, or a similar field.

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems.

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a remote or hybrid team.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• Familiarity with VA systems is desirable.

• No travel is required.
