This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Cultivate profitable relationships with business accounts and enhance profitability from both existing and new clients.
• Recognize business opportunities leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to current and potential clients, highlighting the advantages of the organization's products and services.
• Establish and sustain an effective referral network and calling program to boost sales.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years or more of pertinent work experience.
• Willingness to travel (locally and regionally, with some national travel required).
• Strong sales and new business development skills, encompassing the formulation of sales strategies, goal setting, and closing techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of unit payment products.
• Fundamental understanding of the organization along with its products, services, and operations.
• Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational processes.
• Excellent marketing, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to creatively address client concerns and issues.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Solid grasp of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions.
• Capability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics, Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety regulations.
• Ability to meet the necessary employment eligibility verification and background-check criteria.
• Specific positions may require compliance with FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act, and associated federal guidelines.
