This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Promote and sell the Company's exterior and interior products and services to clients.

• Conduct visits to customer residences and attend trade shows for outside sales opportunities.

• Evaluate customer requirements and offer personalized product suggestions.

• Create and negotiate customized pricing proposals.

• Present information regarding warranties and financing options.

• Finalize sales contracts and related documentation.

• Measure using industry-standard techniques to adhere to installation specifications.

• Actively seek and acquire new customers within assigned THD stores and at industry events.

• Visit designated stores to foster relationships with store management and staff.

• Train store associates on HDIS offerings and enhance awareness of HDIS programs.

• Identify potential customers and request referrals.

• Participate in sales and store team meetings to refine sales strategies and gain knowledge of HDIS product offerings.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Previous experience in in-home or virtual sales is preferred.

• Experience in the home improvement sector is advantageous.

• Proven success in lead generation is preferred.

• Proficient in computer applications, including email, iPad, and various apps.

• No prior leadership experience is necessary.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and frequently lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment (8–20 pounds).

• Willingness to travel overnight approximately 5% of the time.
