Field Sales Consultant, Home Services, Interiors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell the Company's exterior and interior products and services to clients.

• Travel to customer residences and trade shows for external sales engagements.

• Evaluate customer requirements and offer personalized product suggestions.

• Create and negotiate tailored pricing proposals.

• Provide warranty information and financial alternatives.

• Ensure and enhance profitability.

• Complete sales agreements and necessary documentation.

• Utilize industry-standard methods to take measurements that comply with installation specifications.

• Actively seek and acquire new customers within designated THD stores and at industry-related events.

• Visit assigned stores to maintain local relationships, educate store associates about HDIS offerings, and boost awareness of HDIS programs.

• Conduct professional sales presentations and promote HDIS solutions.

• Prepare for appointments, travel to and from meetings, and handle sales-related documentation.

• Request referrals and foster relationships with store management and staff.

• Participate in sales and store team meetings to enhance sales techniques and gain knowledge of HDIS product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED is typically required for this role.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Capability to stand or walk continuously.

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, or handle weights between 8 to 20 pounds.

• Previous experience in in-home or virtual sales is preferred.

• Experience in the home improvement industry is advantageous.

• Proven track record in lead generation is preferred.

• Familiarity with computer applications, including email, iPad, and various apps, is preferred.

• No prior leadership experience is required.
