• Operator engagement constitutes 70% of time allocation. Responsible for initiating, securing, and enhancing sales. Cultivate and sustain sales through product demonstrations and customer interactions on behalf of CORE clients as instructed.
• Build and uphold a Platinum Partner Portfolio, maintaining a minimum of 35 accounts by reaching out to them every 60 days.
• Conduct at least 12 sales calls weekly.
• Present to a minimum of 3 clients during each sales call.
• Leverage CRM for organizing and reporting sales activities, achieving targets, planning objectives, and self-management by entering all pertinent information in real-time and adhering to all assigned deadlines.
• Maintain and revise operator profiles: Buyer contacts, priorities, market segments, attributes, size, buying group affiliations, distribution channels, client competitive insights, etc.
• Efficiently manage administrative time. Prepare and secure the necessary sales tools (samples, programs, digital presentations, etc.) required for a professional sales presentation.
• Assist team efforts as needed and as requested by management during company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings.
• In-person, on-premise, “Face to Face” sales interactions with customers are essential for this role.
• Familiarity and practical knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of utilizing Teams and other software designated by CORE as sales tools.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary.
