This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential hosts through various methods, including online research, cold calling, community involvement, and local networking.
• Sales Pitches: Conduct compelling in-person discussions to highlight Airbnb Services and its offerings, successfully converting interest into host sign-ups.
• Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hosts, equipping them with the necessary information and tools for success.
• Market Insights: Collect valuable feedback from potential hosts and the community to refine sales strategies and enhance service offerings.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement roles.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; adept at cold calling and initiating conversations in diverse formats.
• A curious and resourceful mindset with a strong desire to explore new tactics and strategies for sourcing and closing successful leads.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple conversations and leads across various platforms.
• Clear and positive communicator, both verbally and in writing, maintaining an authentic voice.
• Passionate about Airbnb’s mission to foster belonging and create economic opportunities for hosts.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for community engagement and lead generation.
• Residing in Mexico City with extensive local knowledge of the market and its service offerings.

The actual base pay is determined by various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range indicated below is monthly, subject to change, and may be adjusted in the future. This role may also qualify for bonuses, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
