This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve and surpass set sales targets based on the designated territory quota.
• Oversee a specific sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision’s contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Implement a consultative sales methodology to comprehend customer operations, evaluate needs, and profile accounts.
• Maintain a territory call cycle consisting of approximately 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Develop and execute call cycle strategies and create account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Maintain technical knowledge of CooperVision and competing products.
• Educate customers on CooperVision offerings and provide recommendations to enhance their operations.
• Market value-added products and services to customer facilities.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while tracking return on investment.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools to manage sales activities and assess territory growth.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions upon request.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Oversee diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the assigned territory approximately 80% of the time, with an additional 10–15% travel outside the territory for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Capacity to anticipate, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving work environments and daily challenges.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in identifying, evaluating, and integrating information for informed decision-making.
• Competence in presenting to customer groups of various sizes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience across any industry.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school diploma plus 8 years or equivalent).
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum required insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record are essential.
• Residency in the assigned Minneapolis Northeast territory or within a reasonable distance is necessary.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 per annum.
