This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve and surpass established sales targets based on the assigned territory quota.
• Efficiently manage time throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Leverage the CVI sales platform and a consultative selling methodology to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain a territory call schedule with approximately 5–7 pre-arranged appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales tools effectively.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to prepare comprehensive account business plans.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic area.
• Stay technically knowledgeable about CooperVision and competitive offerings.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Educate clients on CooperVision products and make informed recommendations.
• Promote value-added products and services to client offices.
• Develop and assess customer marketing strategies and promotions for return on investment.
• Analyze product performance, account sales, and territory growth utilizing CRM reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical shows as needed.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Oversee the management of diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Capacity to work autonomously as a self-motivated individual.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and assimilating information for informed decision-making.
• Ability to present to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Competence in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with CRM platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Capability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience across any industry.
• Preferable experience in tangible product sales.
• Proven track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience, such as a high school diploma combined with 8 years of related experience.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational background, and driving records.
• Valid driver's license, minimum required insurance coverage, and an acceptable driving record.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
