This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets established for the territory quota.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Employ a structured consultative sales methodology to identify and fulfill customer needs.
• Uphold a territory call schedule with roughly 5–7 pre-scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and various other sales tools.
• Comprehend customer businesses, evaluate needs, and profile accounts effectively.
• Develop and implement call-cycle strategies and create account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic area.
• Maintain technical expertise regarding CooperVision and competing products.
• Track industry trends and data from Health Product Research.
• Educate clients on CooperVision offerings and provide recommendations to enhance their business growth.
• Promote value-added products and services to client offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while assessing return on investment.
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports to evaluate product, account sales, and territory expansion.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions when requested.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens inventory at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs while installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any field.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience, which may include high school plus 8 years or similar.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Valid driver’s license, required insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
