This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Achieve and surpass targeted sales objectives as determined by the sales management for the designated territory.
• Optimize time management throughout all phases of the sales process.
• Leverage the CVI sales platform along with a structured consultative sales technique to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain a structured call schedule with roughly 5–7 pre-arranged appointments each workday.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Navigate through Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales and internal applications effectively.
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Stay proficient in technical knowledge regarding CooperVision and competing products.
• Remain updated on industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Inform customers about CooperVision products and provide recommendations to enhance their business performance.
• Promote value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create marketing strategies and promotions for customers while monitoring return on investment.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiently.
• Evaluate product, account sales, and territory expansion utilizing CRM tools and reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions as needed.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Oversee diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Undertake travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Capability to work autonomously as a self-motivated individual.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and daily challenges.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and assimilating information to make informed decisions.
• Competence in presenting to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Capacity to sit at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience across any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; high school diploma plus 8 years of similar experience.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include previous employment, criminal history, educational verification, and driving records.
• Valid driver's license, adequate insurance coverage, and an acceptable driving record.
• Must reside within the designated Ogden, Utah territory or in close proximity.
